NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council for the City of Panama City Beach announces a special meeting and public hearing to which all persons are invited. The special meeting will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., or as soon as the 9:00 a.m. regularly scheduled City Council meeting has concluded, whichever occurs later. The special meeting will take place at City Hall located at 17007 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach, Florida.
The purpose of the special meeting and public hearing is to reconsider an application from S & L Karian Properties, LLC, for Modifications to the Kelly Street Planned Unit Development (PUD) Master Plan, for property located on Panama City Beach Parkway east of Kelly Street (Parcel 35351-090-030).
The special meeting will be live-streamed on the City’s website at www.pcbfl.gov and our Facebook page “Panama City Beach-Government”.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter considered, such person will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be made.
