Notice is hereby given that the Special Magistrate will hold a hearing on dangerous dog classification regarding Animal Control Case No.: A23-037289, Animal ID# A114497, on Friday, June 23, 2023, beginning at 2:00 p.m. in the third-floor training room located in the Bay County Government Complex, 840 West 11th Street, Panama City, FL 32401.
All interested parties may attend the meeting and be heard. Any person wishing to appeal any decision made by the Special Magistrate at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings. For that purpose, such a person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
