QUASI-JUDICIAL PUBLIC HEARING
The Lynn Haven City Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Tuesday May 9, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in the Senior Activity Club Facility, 905 Pennsylvania Avenue, Lynn Haven, Florida, to consider a request for a Final Plat for the property described below:

Proposed Development: Jake’s Landing
Proposed final plat materials may be inspected by the public at the Planning Department in Lynn Haven Service Center during regular business hours. Interested parties may appear at the hearing and be heard with respect to the proposed final plat. Comments may be made orally at the meeting or in writing at any time on or before the meeting date.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, they will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based (Florida Statute 286.0105).
