INTENDED AWARD: The City’s intended decision is to award to the single respondent, Walter Marine.
BID PROTEST:
After posting of recommendation of award, any bidder or proposer who is aggrieved in connection with the pending award may protest to the City Administrator in writing including a deposit in the amount of 1-percent of the project available funding. If the protest prevails, the full deposit will be refunded. If the protest is declined, fees may be deducted from the deposit prior to refund of the remainder. Failure to file a file a formal written protest with the proper deposit within the posting period shall constitute a waiver of all rights to protest.
