Notice is hereby given that the Bay County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing for consideration of the East Pass Re-Opening with the Recommended Channel as determined by the results of the East Pass Feasibility Study.
The hearing will be held before the Bay County Board of County Commissioners on January 18, 2023, beginning at 9:00 am or as soon thereafter as it may commence, in the Commission Chambers located at 840 West 11th Street, Panama City, Florida.
Any person wishing to appeal any decision made by the Bay County Board of County Commissioners at this hearing will need a record of the proceedings. For that purpose, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard.
