ReliantSouth Construction Group, serving as the Design/Builder for Bay District Schools, will be accepting bids from potential subcontractors and suppliers on various bid packages related to the Prototype Classroom program and specifically the planned construction at Hiland Park Elementary School on Baldwin Road in Panama City.
Interested parties should be aware that bids are due no later than 1:00 PM C.S.T. on July 11, 2023, at the office of ReliantSouth at 230 W. 5th Street in Panama City and then will be publicly opened.
The following scopes will be considered:
2A Site/Civil/Utilities (except 2b scope)
2B Underground Fire Sprinkler and water mains
10E Aluminum Canopy System (including installation)
16 Electrical
