2022 Delinquent Bay County Tangible Personal Property Tax Accounts
Notice is given that the 2022 personal property taxes listed below became delinquent on April 1, 2023. Since that time said taxes are drawing interest at the rate of 18 percent per year. Unless the delinquent taxes and appropriate interest amounts are paid, warrants will be issued thereon pursuant to Section 197.413, Florida Statutes, an application will be made to the Circuit Court for an order directing levy upon and seizure of the personal property to the delinquent taxpayer for the unpaid taxes.
