NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following ordinance shall be presented to the City Council of the City of Paker, Florida, for a public hearing at its regular meeting to be conducted at 5:30 pm. on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at City Hall located at 1001 W Park St, Parker FL 32404. And presented to the City Council of the City of Parker, FL for a public hearing and possible adoption at its regular meeting to be conducted at 5:30 pm. on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARKER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARKER; AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 18 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCE RELATING TO BUSINESES AND LICENSES, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABLITLIY; PROVIDING A MECHANIXOM FOR THE CORRECTION OF SCRIVENER’S ERRORS; PROVIDING FOR THE LIBERAL CONSRTUCTION OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATON AND REPEALER CLAUSES; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
This meeting will be held at City Hall. The live meeting will be live-streamed on www.cityofparker.com. All persons wishing to be heard on the adoption of this Ordinance are invited to appear. The proposed ordinance may be inspected at City Hall, located at 1001 W. Park St, Parker, FL 32404 anytime between 7:30 and 4:30 Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays).
