PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Panama City Beach Community Redevelopment Agency hereby gives notice that on or about March 31, 2023, it filed with the City of Panama City Beach, Florida, a report of its activities for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2022, which report included a complete financial statement setting forth its assets, liabilities, income, and operating expenses as of the end of said fiscal year, pursuant to Section 163.356(3)(c), Florida Statutes. The City Council of the City of Panama City Beach serves, ex-officio, as the governing body of the Community Redevelopment Agency.
