City of Panama City Beach, FL – Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council for the City of Panama City Beach announces a public hearing that will be held during the regularly scheduled City Council meeting to which all persons are invited. The hearing will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at 9:00 a.m.  The hearing will take place at City Hall located at 17007 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach, Florida.  

The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the administrative appeal of Planning Board Order Affirming the City Manager’s interpretation of Section 5.04.33 of the Land Development Code. The appeal was requested by S & L Karian Properties, LLC, an owner of the Kelly Street Planned Unit Development (PUD), located on Panama City Beach Parkway east of Kelly Street (Parcel 35351-090-030).

The meeting will be live-streamed on the City’s website at www.pcbfl.gov and our Facebook page “Panama City Beach-Government”.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter considered, such person will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be made.
