NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following entitled ordinance shall be presented to the City Commission of the City of Panama City, Florida, for a final public hearing at its regular meeting to be conducted at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Bay County Commission Meeting Room located in the Bay County Government Complex, 840 West 11th Street, Panama City, FL  32401, to‑wit,

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, if an appeal is available, such person will need a record of the proceeding, and such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

ALL INTERESTED PERSONS desiring to be heard on the adoption of the aforesaid ordinances are invited to be present at the meeting.  Copies of the ordinances may be obtained or inspected at the office of the City Clerk, Panama City, Florida, at the City Hall.

Public hearings have been previously held on the following ordinance and are now being noticed for final hearing and adoption:

ORDINANCE NO. 3166

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2676 ENTITLED “AN ORDINANCE OF PANAMA CITY, FLORIDA GRANTING AD VALOREM TAX EXEMPTION TO AIR TEMP OF AMERICA, INC., FOR ITS REAL PROPERTY AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON AND FOR ASSOCIATED PERSONAL PROPERTY AS HEREIN DEFINED AS A NEW BUSINESS, PURSUANT TO THE STATUTES, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE,” AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
