The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified, licensed, Contractors to provide for the turnkey replacement of the existing 120-ton Trane chiller (chiller # 2) located at the Bay County Library (Library), 898 W. 11^th Street, Panama City, Florida 32401.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting/Site Visit will be held beginning at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 23, 2023 in the Purchasing Conference Room, 840 W. 11^th Street, Panama City, FL 32401.

ELECTRONIC/SEALED BIDS for ITB NO: ITB 23-36 Library Chiller No. 2 Replacement will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA up until 2:30 pm (central time) Wednesday, June 14, 2023. Bids will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline.

Bids for this solicitation may be submitted either electronically via the County’s Bonfire Web portal or by paper, sealed and delivered to the Board of County Commissioners Purchasing Department, at 840 W. 11^th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401.
