The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified, licensed Roofing, General, or Building Contractors to replace the existing standing seam metal roofs at the Utility Services Administration Building located at 3410 Transmitter Road, Panama City, FL, 32404, and at the Utility Services Laboratory located at 3420 Transmitter Road, Panama City, FL, 32404.
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 am (CDT), Wednesday, June 28, 2023 in the Utility Services Administration Conference room, 3410 Transmitter Road, Panama City, FL, 32404.
ELECTRONIC/SEALED BIDS for ITB NO: 23-44 Utility Services Administration and Laboratory Buildings Roof Replacement will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA up until 2:00 pm (CDT) Thursday, July 20, 2023. Bids will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline.
Bids for this solicitation may be submitted either electronically via the County’s Bonfire Web portal or by paper, sealed and delivered to the Board of County Commissioners Purchasing Department, at 840 W. 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401.
